Hello! 

I’m Maia Johnson. I’m a wife and a mother of two beautiful children. I am level two Reiki certified (for now), I love the tarot, and I’m an aspiring astrologer. 

I was raised with the ideology of a nature based spirituality. That gave me the foundation I needed to gain an understanding of our connection to each other, the planets, and the universe. 

I have done a lot of my own internal healing by means of intention setting, mindfulness, & energy work. 

I will forever be a student! 

Though, I feel that it is a part of my path to share all that I have learned and then build on that knowledge within a community. 

There’s an enormous amount of generational trauma in today’s world. We need each other’s support to overcome it and to close that door for our future generations. 

We all have experienced personal trauma in one way, shape, or form and the consequences of it are severe. We hold on to the energy of that experience. Which then manifests in our bodies as mental and physical ailments. 

(Your trauma is valid regardless of how much worse it may seem someone else has it!)

We can become shackled to the past and tethered to our emotions. Making moving forward seem impossible. 

The North Star journey is not for the slight of heart. It takes overcoming your obstacles and taming your demons. You have to know where you’re coming from to see where you’re going. 

BUT!

If you show up for yourself and persevere, the brilliance of your North Star will shatter those shackles and sever those tethered cords. 

You are enough and you are loved. Let’s do this together!
